*Landscaping, pool cleaning and housekeeping are done weekly.
*The lake house utilizes a septic tank, which means only biological material and septic-safe TP can go in the toilets.
*There are Sonos speakers throughout the lake house which can be controlled via the Sonos app.
*There is regular pest control at the lake house, but occasionally a creepy crawly still finds its way inside. If you spot more than three bugs inside in one day, please contact Cassandra.
